I really like taking Zeolite, but it's one of those supplements I don't always keep on hand, though I feel better when I take it. I was excited to see this gummy for Zeolite that featured other vitamins too. Even though it is a children's vitamin, I ordered it for myself (50+ yr old woman) You are meant to take 2 per day, so this bag has a month's supply. I think that is a great value for so many vitamins. These taste great, same texture as a any gummy, so they are easy to take. I definitely I have more energy when I take Zeolite. I think these could be great for the whole family and an easy way to introduce a Zeolite supplement.
